Wellness Marrakesz & SPA is open from Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Saturdays 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Sundays and holidays 09:00-20:00. Available to guests: Indoor swimming pool Jacuzzi Tepidarium Finnish sauna Salt grotto Aladdin's World - a steam bath and Finnish sauna Oasis of tranquility - a room for rest and relaxation *HAMAM BATH - we perform the traditional Hamam treatment in this room. The Turkish word "hamam" refers to a bathhouse where the ritual of deep care and cleansing of the body is performed. In a situation where there are no treatments and the hotel occupancy is high, in accordance with the arrangements with the Management, this room will be made available as a public space. 2. Information about services and prices is provided by the staff at the Wellness Marrakesz & SPA reception, and also at https://papuga.pl/wellness-marrakesz_spa/regulamin It is the responsibility of every guest that uses the treatments to complete the online survey: Treatment Survey or to arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill it out at the Wellness Marrakesz & Spa reception. 3. For the comfort of our guests, appropriate attire and footwear are required in the Wellness Marrakesz & SPA area: a swimsuit/trunks, towel, change of footwear. For an additional fee, the staff provides a bathrobe rental (applies to external guests). 4. Kids and teens under 18 can use the SPA area only if they are with adult guardians or parents. Parents and guardians are required to ensure that their charges comply with the rules and regulations in place. Children aged 0-4 are required to bathe in a special diaper. 5. Use of the saunas in the Wellness Marrakesz & SPA area is permitted only for adults. 6. For the safety and comfort of our Guests, entry to the Wellness & SPA area is not permitted after consuming alcohol or under the influence of intoxicants. 7. It is strictly prohibited to: - bring and consume your own alcohol and meals - bring glass items and personal belongings such as. bags, backpacks - use cameras and camcorders - use mobile phones - run, jump into the swimming pool and jacuzzi. 8. In the café, you can only consume meals and drinks served in this area. It is not possible to take them out to the common areas of Wellness Marrakesz & Spa. 9. Staying in a salt grotto is only possible when wearing dry clothes. Please remove your shoes before entering. 10. The sauna is a non-textile zone, and we use it naked or with a sauna kilt received at the reception. Upon entering the spa, guests receive a sauna kilt and a towel, the latter of which should be spread out in the sauna so that no part of the body comes into contact with the wooden surface. The sauna kilt can also serve as a body covering during sauna sessions. 11. If you do not show up for the scheduled procedure and do not cancel it by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the procedure, the paid deposit will be lost. Reservations canceled after 9:00 a.m. result in fines equal to 100% of the reserved service value. the paid deposit will be kept without the option to use it at a different time, and the invitation will no longer be valid. In the case of hotel guests, the bill will be charged with the full value of the treatment. Please carefully consider the reservations made on a given day. In the event of not showing up for the treatment, guests will be charged the full cost of the treatment. 12. Valuable items can be stored in the hotel reception safe. The staff of Wellness Marrakesz & SPA is not responsible for items left on the premises. 13. All complaints regarding the Wellness Marrakesz & SPA area will be considered after being reported directly at the Wellness Marrakesz & Spa reception immediately following an incident. 14. In the event of a breach of silence in the Wellness Marrakesz & Spa zone - Papuga Park Hotel reserves the right to ask Guests to leave or impose a 500 PLN fine, depending on the incurred losses. 15. The Management and Owners of Papuga Park Hotel assume that every person present in the Wellness Marrakesz & SPA area has read the provisions of these regulations and agrees to comply with them.
