The hotel day allows check-in to the room from 2:00 PM until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

For our esteemed guests, we have prepared an offer of SPA rooms: rejuvenation and massage rooms along with cosmetics.
The SPA operates daily
from Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM,
and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The Marrakesz Wellness & SPA Zone is located on level 0. We follow the signs to Wellness Marrakesz.
The price of the stay includes:
-an indoor swimming pool,
-a jacuzzi,
-tepidarium,
-Finnish sauna,
-salt grotto,
-Aladdin's World - an aromatic steam bath and a Finnish sauna,
-Oasis of tranquility - a room for rest and relaxation.
You cannot take towels from the rooms to the swimming pool. The staff will provide a pool towel and a sauna kilt.
The saunas of "Aladdin's World" are a nude zone. Please adhere to the rules of this place.
*Hotel guests can use the swimming pool from 7:00 AM. We invite you to the hotel main reception desk for information about the swimming pool opening procedure.

Parking
Public parking is available in front of the hotel and around it. Parking is free and unattended. After 10 p.m. the entrance gate is closed and the entrance to the facility is monitored by security. When checking in, it is necessary to provide the registration number of the vehicle parked on the premises.

Air conditioning / Heating
Each room is equipped with an individually controlled air conditioning/heating system, to change the temperature in the room use the instructions on the remote control by adding or subtracting degrees on the keypad.
Basic instructions:
The right temperature in the room can be maintained by closing the window. Turning on the air conditioning should mean closing them.
Voltage
The applicable voltage in Poland is 230 Volts. If you need a plug adapter, please contact the reception.
Hotel Room Privacy(DND)
If you wish to be left alone, please hang a sign on the outside of your room door saying DO NOT DISTURB. If the sign is on the door by 2pm, the reception will contact you by phone to make sure you do not need assistance. If you cannot be reached, the duty manager will check your room to make sure everything is in order.
Lost things
The storage period for items left at the hotel is 3 months. In the event of theft, the reception or security staff should be notified immediately and the scene secured.

Destruction/ Devastation
If you notice any damage when checking into a room, you should report it to the reception immediately so as not to be charged when checking out. Any damage, vandalism, or cleaning that deviates from the norm are priced individually by the facility's management. Such incidents should be reported to the reception at the time they occur. A protocol and photograph will be prepared.
An unreported event found by the facility's staff will be reported to you the same day by e-mail or phone in order to resolve the matter.
